Payment Policy
Payment for all organizing services is due at the end of the appointment. If organizing products provided by Ace of Space DC are used during a session (as authorized by the client), the cost of these supplies is due at that time. Payment for the shopping service and supplies purchased is due upon receipt of supplies. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks made payable to Ace of Space DC LLC.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a scheduled organizing
service, we require that you notify
Ace of Space DC at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduled clients who cancel services with less than 48 hours notice
will be assessed charges based on the minimum time commitment for that service.
All cancellations
and attempts to reschedule that are received the day of the appointment will
lead to forfeiture of 100% of the appointment price.
Refund Policy
Organizing services performed on-site are not refundable. Unused products purchased for any organizing service by Ace of Space DC may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund.
Donations
Ace of Space DC takes great care to donate used and collected items to appropriate local charities. Specific delivery options may be available on request.
